Grandpaw Franciscus Paintings

By accident a new art form was discovered. Acrylic paint over water color. when termites invaded the Franciscus sketch books some were saved by painting over the damage using acrylic paint.

Photos luckily had beed taken of the originals now beyond repair. We painted over the glossy photos of the original water color in fast drying acrylic paint, making it a new original with water color underpinnings.

The result is a greater apparent depth, stronger color, and a new original. If you paint on 8x11 paper, one can paste each painting on pages in any blank page book. One can store 1000 paintings in 10-15 books which can be stored in 4 feet on any shelf. Voodo priest,Caisar, preformed a full ceremony to bring ‘‘good health and good fortune‘‘ to all who saw the drop of liquid at the bottom of the page on the flourish.
